Daily: This includes 1 night of accommodation, 3 meals, 1 meeting lodge, general use of the facility such as the
hiking trails and sports fields.
Weekend: This includes 2 nights of accommodation with 5 meals: Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast or Saturday
breakfast through Sunday lunch. Also included is 1 meeting lodge and general use of the facility such as the hiking
trails and sports fields.
Additional Meals: $8.00 per meal per person.
Other meal options: Vegan, vegetarian, Kosher menus, sack lunches, BBQ's or other options are available upon request.
These special requests may be subject to additional charges. Price will be determined by the nature of the request.

Meeting and Conference Lodges: Alpine Meadows has six meeting facilities. Eagle Lodge seats 400 and can be divided
into four parts by temporary walls. Deer Lodge (capacity of 100), Wolf Lodge (capacity of 80), Owl Lodge (capacity of
40), and Falcon Lodge (capacity of 25). All Lodges have fireplaces and carpeting. Lodge assignment is based on
minimum/maximum group size stated on contract.
Sleeping Cabins: Accommodations are fully winterized. Housing is provided in our 24 cabins with generously sized bunk
beds, private bath and showers, heat and carpeting. Cabins assignments are based on minimum/maximum group size stated
on the contract.
VIP Accommodations: Six hotel-style rooms are available for clergy, guest speakers or group coordinators. These must
be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance. Rates are an additional $30/night over the basic rate. Towels and bedding are
NOT provided. If you would like bedding to be provided, please request this when you reserve.

Shared Use Vs. Exclusive Use: Exclusive use of Alpine Meadows requires both a guaranteed contract for a minimum of
300 persons during peak periods and a specific request for exclusivity. The event must also be scheduled and a deposit
received at a time when no other contracts are written for the same time period. If multiple groups do share the facility,
we will always attempt to create as much privacy as possible. There may be contact with other groups at meals, but
otherwise cabins and lodges are not shared.
Reservations: We ask for a 25% deposit to reserve space. This amount is based on a contract minimum number of guests.
Your group will be charged for this minimum number so please plan carefully. It is generally best to reserve at least 6
months to a year in advance due to demand, although we will do our best to accommodate your group any time you call.
Some holidays and exclusive contracts may require a 35% deposit to hold a reservation. Please click here to make a reservation.
